Mr.Z WILL ATTEND AT APAS 2007

As it traditionally does since 1998, Mr.Z International Food Company will attend APAS 2007, to be held on May 14-17 at Expocenter Norte's blue pavilion in Sao Paulo. The 100 m² stand is located at the corner of streets D and 5, and is open for visitation from 2 to 10 PM.

APAS is Brazil's largest supermarket trade show and congress. It occupies a 52,000 m2 area distributed among 400 exhibitors, and more than 50,000 entrepreneurs and executives are expected to attend/visit. The trade show generates around R$3 billion in business.

NEW PRODUCT MIX
At the Mr.Z stand, supermarketers will get to know the new product mix, now much more complete to match the growth of the company, including the Mr.Z Gold Standard meat line, A Mio Modo ready meals and sauces, besides the Mr. Z snack line.

BOVINE CUTS
The Mr.Z Gold Standard meats line is composed by front, rear and entrails bovine cuts, supplied by the slaughterhouse units in Jales/SP, and Nova Xavantina/MT.

READY MEALS AND SAUCE
The line A Mio Modo of ready meals and sauces launched by Mr.Z at APAS 2005 made the company the truly and unquestionably pioneer in this product line throughout Latin America, is now comprised by five types of lasagnas, three variants of Bolognese sauce, Madeira sauce and two strogonoff versions, produced with a special technology for the production and conservation of products, which require no cooling and take only 1 minute to cook in the microwave. It's just heat up and serve, the taste of home-made food right there on your table.

MISTER Z SNACKS
The new Mister Z snacks line includes the company's chief product, Beef Jerky, since currently Mr.Z is the largest Beef Jerky producing plant, having pioneered this line of products throughout Latin America. Considered a healthy snack, Beef Jerky (strips of seasoned, cured, smoked and dried bovine meat) is ready for consumption, practical and tasty, and can be eaten anytime. It's perfect for a snack, a happy hour with the friends, sports practice, and much more. Produced with selected raw materials, it's nutritious, and pleasing to the world's most demanding consumers.

2007
For the 2007 edition of APAS a special line of culinary snacks and appetizers is being prepared, containing flat potato, straw potato, and fried dough in the Calabrian sausage and cheese flavors.
