From generation to generation since 1936, our beef business expertise associated to a young and entrepreneurial management style has allowed the Company to be the preferred supplier in Brazil and across the world as a Brazilian company that produces and sells high-quality food products, chiefly animal protein. Started in 1998, Mr.Z has been a pioneer Beef Jerky producer in Brazil, with the biggest manufacturing plant for this product globally.

After nearly ten years operating in this industry, its production demand and focus on research and development, in addition to optimizing its production processes have accounted for the growth of its structure and production capacity. Today, the Company has an industrial complex in Itupeva/SP that includes four manufacturing sites covering approximately 122,700 Sq.ft - with a capacity expansion project to cover a 1,162,000 Sq.ft, one Slaughterhouse and a Distribution Center operated by Independência Slaughterhouse.

Development philosophy
Now undergoing a sound development process, the Company stands out in the market due to its raw material quality. This concern is part of every step in its production process to ensure high quality standard to its finished product, which is acclaimed in over 60 countries and every continent the company exports to.

Although young, the Company has picked fruits from its bold and innovative management, which has implemented as its performance philosophy some simple but key premises, among which is using raw materials purchased from qualified and certified suppliers; investing in high technology, new products and concepts; and continuously training its over 550 collaborators.
